We all love the idea of
exercising. We see ourselves sweating at the gym and

only thing I can say about motivation is that it really has to come from

Only you know what that is. Keep a post-it
note where you can see it, post a picture of the body you’d like to
have…. Whatever works and keeps you going. The one
thing I can say is that positive results have a great motivating effect.
If you start fitting in that old skirt or those old Jeans then u
will be motivated to continue.

exercise should be a regular part of your life.
